Natasha Renette, Certified Personal Trainer is the owner and CEO of Beyond Physical Fitness in Duncanville, TX.  A sports lover, she grew up excelling in basketball, soccer, and track & field.  Natasha received both academic and basketball scholarships at Tyler Junior College, and continued on to receive her Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She has a knowledge and passion for building bodies and has been personal training since 2001.  Natasha currently holds her Personal Trainer Certification with additional certificates in Midlife Fitness for Women, Injury Prevention & Exercise Progression, Metabolic Connection to Obesity, Multiple Client Training, Nutrition Fundamentals, and Senior Fitness.  Natasha has trained numerous clients over the years and has helped individuals to the path of weight loss and healthy living.




Beyond Physical Fitness (est. 2004) is the beginning of taking physical, mental and  spiritual health to the next level!  Beyond Physical Fitness was founded on the belief that taking care of your body is pleasing in God's sight (I Corinthians 6:19-20.)  The goal of Beyond Physical Fitness is to merge mental toughness and holistic wellness with fitness at a professional level.  Environment plays a profound role in the Beyond Physical Fitness experience.  The weight-lifting facilities provide the perfect setting for those seeking personal training free of needless distractions.  Clients will enjoy the one on one attention that they need in order to obtain their goals.






DeQuinton Daniel has passionately participated in physical fitness for over 15 years.  Football, basketball, power lifting, and amateur bodybuilding have all played roles in his physical recreation. Since 2004 DeQuinton has shared his love for fitness to inspire others to reach and exceed their fitness potential.
DeQuinton earned his Associate Degree in Exercise and Kinesiology from Trinity Valley Community College and proceeded to earn his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. His current certifications include: Master Fitness Specialist from Cooper Institute, Registry of Kinesiotherapist from The American Board of Registration of Kinesiotherapists-University of Toledo, and Specialty Kettle Bell from National Exercise Trainers Association.  DeQuinton aspires for his clients to obtain good health along with happiness as he guides them down the path of hard work, dedication, and results.
